Shiitake and chicken hamburger steak
It is super tasty when Shiitake braised vegetables are chopped and mixed with hamburger steak.
I also added the Shiitake Dashi to the sauce.
Once the Shiitake are simmered, the strong aroma is gone and the Umami is thickened, so using it as a secret ingredient in this way makes all the usual dishes more delicious!

Steps

Chop the Simmered Shiitake and carrots.

Mix 1 with minced chicken breast, egg and seasoning A well.

Heat oil in a frying pan, shape and bake.

Add to the pan the seasoning B in addition to the juices after cooking the hamburger steak, mix and simmer for 1 minute.

Serve the hamburger steak on a plate and pour over 4.
