Grilled asparagus and shiitake with mayo

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 5 dried Shiitake
  • 3 slices (50g) bacon
  • 3~5 asparagus
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2~4 cloves garlic
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Pinch of parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise -A
  • 1 tsp sugar -A
  • 1 Tbsp miso paste -A

Steps

Soak dried Shiitake in water and cut the stems.

Cut bacon, asparagus, and Shiitake into bite-size pieces.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan, saute minced garlic, and when it becomes fragrant, saute bacon.

Add the Shiitake and asparagus to the pan, add the seasonings-A, and stir-fry.

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
