Shiitake and Chicken Sour Cream Gratin

Breadcrumbs

Shiitake soaking water

Steps

Rehydrate the dried Shiitake. Remove the excess moisture and slice.

Finely chop the onion and slice the chicken into bite–size pieces.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, stir fry the onion until soft, add the chicken and stir fry some more.

When the chicken changes color, add the Shiitake from 1. and stir fry together. Add the Shiitake rehydrating liquid and boil on a high heat for a few minutes to remove any remaining moisture.

Add the breadcrumbs and sour cream and season with the pepper and nutmeg powder. Place in an oil-lined heat–resistant dish and sprinkle with pizza cheese.

Immediately place in an oven preheated to 230 degrees Celsius and cook for around five minutes until a grilled color appears.
