Shiitake & Chinese Pickled Vegetable Soup
The saltiness of the Chinese pickles (zhàcài) and the Umami of Shiitake go perfectly together! When you come home from work in the cold, having a warm, slightly salty soup that gradually seeps into your body is wonderful.
Dried Shiitake prevent colds because they improve the body's immune system.
